And not enforced when it's "common sense" to slide over a foot or two. At least I see folks doing it all the time for a multitude of practical reasons and perfectly safely. I doubt tickets get issued often, unless indeed some reckless driving is involved.<br /><br />(I'm sure NONE of those conscientious folks who oppose the three-foot rule, EVER cross that yellow line.
